Suspect arrested for alleged carjacking in Vista, during which victim was run over

On Thursday, the San Diego County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of 62-year-old Vance Smith for his alleged involvement in a violent carjacking in Vista, where he allegedly ran over one of the victims, leaving him with major injuries.
