Amsteel Structures Inc. and Dantru Development Corp. Explore Solar Project Collaboration Through LEDIPO with Strong LGU Support Taytay, Rizal — Exploratory discussion

Exploratory discussions on a potential solar energy project were recently held involving Amsteel Structures Inc., Dantru Development Corp., and the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office (LEDIPO), as part of Taytay’s continuing efforts to promote sustainable development and local employment.

The engagement was led by Amsteel Structures Inc., represented by Sir Aaron Kaw, Executive Vice President, and Mary Ann Dizon, Senior Administrative Associate, reflecting the company’s interest in contributing its structural engineering expertise to possible renewable energy initiatives. The discussions were facilitated by LEDIPO, under the guidance and support of Mayor Allan De Leon, with Atty. Dustin Regalado, LEDIPO Officer-in-Charge, overseeing the coordination together with LEDIPO Focal Person Cristina F. Gonzales and members Meme Borja, AC Santos, and Warren Sedan.

Also participating in the discussions were investors from Dantru Development Corp., led by Floriendelyn L. Sibonga, President, along with Arsenio R. Robledo Jr., Chief Operating Officer, and Rita A. Sibonga, Chief Financial Officer, in partnership with Mr. Noubikko Ulanday, Chief Executive Officer of RPConnect Corp. Initial talks focused on the feasibility and alignment of a solar project with the municipality’s development priorities.

Following the meeting, a site visit and ocular inspection were conducted by Floriendelyn L. Sibonga, together with the project architect and Engr. Jojo, to gather preliminary assessments of the proposed site. The evaluation considered site conditions, technical requirements, and potential structural and solar installation considerations, drawing from Amsteel Structures Inc.’s construction and structural expertise.

While the project remains at the discussion stage, the initiative reflects a shared commitment among the private sector and the local government to explore clean energy solutions, create future employment opportunities for Taytayeños, and encourage sustainable investments. The support of Mayor Allan De Leon and the leadership of Atty. Dustin Regalado through LEDIPO underscore the municipality’s proactive approach in fostering responsible and inclusive development partnerships.
