Celebrating Beauty, Culture, and Youth Empowerment
The year opened with renewed excitement in Taytay’s vibrant pageant scene as Ginoo at Binibining Taytay welcomed distinguished local and international figures. The official screening, organized by The Series Group, was graced by Ms. Ellen Montehermoso Stokes, founder of Ms. Fabulous Vegas, alongside Noubikko P. Ulanday of RPConnect and Capt. Allen Jacinto of Phil-Ace International.
With the support of Mayor Allan De Leon, LEDIPO, and cultural partners like designer Nhoy Tenerife, the pageant reinforced Taytay’s commitment to empowering youth, celebrating confidence, and nurturing creative excellence. Ms. Stokes’ mentorship session with the candidates became one of the year’s most inspiring moments—bridging local dreams with international insight.
GAWANG TAYTAY Goes Global
2025 was the year Gawang Taytay transcended borders.
Once known nationally for garments and craftsmanship, Taytay earned international recognition—proving that Taytayeño talent, intelligence, and determination are world-class. This milestone was made possible through the leadership of Mayor Allan De Leon, the strategic efforts of LEDIPO, and the global advocacy of Noubikko P. Ulanday, whose vision helped elevate Taytay-made products onto the international stage.

Uplifting Filipino Heritage Through Fashion
Taytay’s cultural presence shone brightly at TelaHISTORIA: The Runway Story of Filipino Fabrics, organized by the Fashion Designers Association of the Philippines (FDAP).
Featuring indigenous textiles like Tinnenun of the Yakan tribe, paired with Mikado and Jusi, the event celebrated heritage, sustainability, and innovation. Mayor Allan De Leon’s presence reaffirmed Taytay’s role not only as a production center but as a creative and cultural force in Philippine fashion.
Strengthening MSMEs Through Food Safety & Innovation
Beyond fashion and trade, 2025 also focused on community well-being and enterprise sustainability.
Through a HACCP awareness and training program led by the Municipality of Taytay and LEDIPO, local food entrepreneurs were equipped with essential food safety knowledge. With expert guidance from DOST-PSTO Rizal, DTI, PCCI, and LGU leaders, Taytay strengthened its food industry—ensuring safer products, regulatory compliance, and consumer trust.
MADE IN TAYTAY! MSME & GARMENTS EXPO 2025
Capping off Taytay’s remarkable year of growth and global visibility, 2025 proudly welcomed the “MADE IN TAYTAY! Garments & MSME Products Expo 2025”—a powerful showcase of Taytayeño creativity, enterprise, and craftsmanship.
Held at SM Megamall, Megatrade Hall 1, the expo brought Taytay’s finest garments and MSME products to one of the country’s biggest commercial stages. From fashion-forward apparel to locally produced goods, the event highlighted the strength, diversity, and export-ready potential of Taytay’s micro, small, and medium enterprises.
The expo served as a living testament to Taytay’s evolution—from a local production hub to a competitive, market-ready community of entrepreneurs capable of meeting national and international demand. It also reinforced the municipality’s commitment to empowering MSMEs, expanding market access, and strengthening the “Gawang Taytay” brand.
More than an exhibit, Made in Taytay was a celebration of pride, resilience, and shared success—inviting consumers, buyers, and partners to experience quality products crafted with skill and heart.
