Public's help sought after kitten found with zip tie around mouth, neck in San Diego

San Diego Humane Society investigators are seeking public assistance to identify who placed a zip tie on a three-month-old kitten named Derry, who was rescued from the Stockton neighborhood after suffering injuries to his mouth and neck.
