Mission Beach lifeguard tower closed indefinitely for repairs

The City of San Diego is repairing the crumbling Mission Beach Lifeguard Tower, which has been fenced off indefinitely, and has built a temporary structure for the lifeguards to use until the repairs are completed by Memorial Day.
