Mayor Gloria calls funding threats to sanctuary cities ‘reckless and illegal’

President Donald Trump announced Tuesday he intends to withhold federal funding to sanctuary cities and states that allow sanctuary policies, despite previous attempts being blocked by a federal judge in California as unconstitutional.
