Knife-wielding Valley Center suspect who allegedly chased 2 minors arrested

The San Diego County Sheriff's Office arrested 27-year-old Jaymes Martinez for allegedly brandishing a knife and chasing two minors near a pond in Valley Center, as well as for vandalism.
