Family sues city of Chula Vista after 2 killed in crash on Telegraph Canyon Road

The family of a man who was killed in a crash last August has filed a lawsuit against the City of Chula Vista, saying the city was aware of the dangerous conditions of the specific intersection and did not address safety concerns.
