With the studio gap left by their sole dependent on blockbuster movies against the films they cannot release theatrically it leaves open an opportunity and the one aspect of positivity for indies such as Jersey Shore Entertainment.

Over the past year, the indies have risen and broke-through with re-releases, animation projects, and others that it is impossible for investors with global partners not to see the revenue potential and where the money is to be made with all the various forms of distribution now available.

A. SUBHYSTERIA TO BE RE-RELEASED IN WIDE DISTRIBUTION

In 2010, as SubHysteria was finalizing its’ production, Mario Domina, Executive Producer and CEO of ThunderBall Films, LLC executed an Agreement with Roberto Alcazar, Founder and Executive Producer of EO Integration and the producing team to set up distribution of the film. Mr. Domina successfully arranged distribution, and the sales agent took the film to Cannes as part of their library, although he was not successful in landing a deal.

At the same time, SubHysteria was being shown in a limited run theatrically in Venezuela, where it played to record crowds and extended its release to the point the revenue from those showings doubled the production budget and brought instant success.

Fast forward to December 30, 2025: Jersey Shore Entertainment (formerly ThunderBall Films, LLC), Executive Producer and CEO, Mario Domina and EO Integration, Founder and Executive Producer, Roberto Alcazar have executed a new Agreement for Jersey Shore Entertainment to re-release SubHysteria, the original film and also with EO Integration develop a spinoff series as Co-Creators and Executive Producers, based on the original film.

C. PHANTOMS AND MONSTERS PICKS UP CO-PRODUCTION PARTNERSHIP WITH REVELATION FILMS

Jersey Shore Entertainment and Revelation Films UK have agreed to form a Strategic Alliance Co-Production partnership on “PHANTOMS AND MONSTERS” as a back-door TV pilot being packaged with Revelation Films UK to co-produce and set up with a broadcaster or streaming UK/European distributor. Jersey Shore Entertainment is in several current negotiations to finalize commitments with a studio home for Co-production partnership, in addition to currently under due diligence with an Investment firm to finance the TV Pilot episodes for both “Order of Exorcists” and “Blue Hotel.” We are also in active development with POGO JOE: Fighting the Game, based on his published book, “Banned from Basketball: The strange trip of Pogo Joe,” and a forty-year journey CEO, Mario Domina has fought for and with to vindicate Joe Caldwell, a former NBA-ABA player who was illegally blackballed indefinitely – even worse, who is to this day caught in a major criminal conspiracy that reaches far beyond basketball.
