Woman allegedly beats elderly person with bat at Spring Valley living facility

A 40-year-old woman was arrested and faces felony assault charges after she allegedly struck a 65-year-old individual with an aluminum bat during an argument at a Spring Valley independent living facility early Tuesday morning.
