Westbound SR-78 in North County to close Oct. 13-15

The work is being done as part of Caltrans' SR-78 Asset Management project which is meant to enhance a 17.7-mile stretch of the highway from Interstate 5 in Oceanside to Broadway and Lincoln Parkway in Escondido.
