Volunteers etch plan for Big Bay Boom Bay cleanup

San Diego's beloved Big Bay Boom tradition, celebrating Independence Day with fireworks and a massive cleanup effort, was created 26 years ago by Marine veteran Sandy Purdon and is supported by dozens of volunteers.
