Testimony continues for placement of sexually violent predator in Borrego Springs

Superior Court Judge Daniel Goldstein is expected to make a decision within the month on the placement of sexually violent predator Gary Snavely in Borrego Springs, despite opposition from local residents and District 5 Supervisor Jim Desmond.
