A significant milestone was achieved today as the Municipality of Taytay held the groundbreaking ceremony for the upcoming HAMAKA Trade Center, a project expected to bring renewed growth and opportunities to the local economy.

The ceremony was led by Mayor Allan De Leon, together with Vice Mayor JV Cabitac and the 13th Sangguniang Bayan, marking the beginning of the construction of a new commercial hub strategically located in front of the New Taytay Public Market.

The HAMAKA Trade Center is envisioned to become a modern center for trade and business in Taytay, providing a more organized and accessible space for entrepreneurs, vendors, and businesses. The project aims to create additional livelihood opportunities, support local enterprises, and further strengthen the economic activities of the municipality.

More than just an infrastructure project, the HAMAKA Trade Center represents the continuing commitment of the Taytay Municipal Government to implement programs and developments that deliver long-term benefits for its residents. Through projects focused on sustainable growth and progress, the municipality continues to build a more dynamic, resilient, and organized community for future generations.

As Taytay moves forward with its vision for progress and development, the HAMAKA Trade Center stands as another symbol of the town’s commitment to innovation, economic empowerment, and inclusive growth.
