Sheriff’s deputies crack down on East County homeless encampments

Deputies with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department's Homeless Assistance Resource Team (HART) arrested five people and issued 13 citations during an enforcement and outreach operation targeting unauthorized homeless encampments in East County.
