SDSU mumps outbreak grows to 14 confirmed cases; reports link it to football team

In a Sept. 30 campus update, SDSU said the outbreak involves one athletic team and one other person linked to the outbreak. The university has not named the team, citing student privacy and applicable federal privacy requirements.
