SD Humane Society offers free pet microchips before July 4th

The San Diego Humane Society is offering free microchips to all pet owners in San Diego to help keep pets safe during the Fourth of July, and is also offering reduced adoption fees for dogs over 7 months from July 5th to July 26th.
