San Diego drivers warned of heavy traffic for NASCAR weekend

Caltrans is alerting San Diego drivers to expect heavy traffic around the Coronado bridge and nearby freeways as tens of thousands of people head to the first-ever San Diego NASCAR races on June 19-21.
