Philippine quantity surveying firm marks third straight year of RICS regional recognition

Quantity Solutions, Inc. (QSI) was named Highly Commended Research Team of the Year at the RICS Southeast Asia Awards 2026 for its Construction Cost Guidebook – Philippine Edition 2025. The awards were announced on 29 October 2026 at a ceremony in Singapore.

Ms. Rhea Jamandre and Engr. Rynor Jamandre attended the awards ceremony in Singapore and accepted the recognition on behalf of the entire QSI team.

The research team was led by Engr. Rynor Jamandre and Engr. Robert Alarcon, working with QSI’s costbook team.

The RICS Southeast Asia Awards recognize teams, individuals and organizations across the region’s built environment. QSI said the latest recognition belongs to the team behind the research and reflects its commitment to advancing construction cost knowledge in the Philippine industry.
