This strategic acquisition strengthens PL360°’s footprint in the Southwestern U.S. and adds another high-quality portfolio to what has quickly grown into one of the largest servicing platforms in the Western region.

The portfolio transition, which typically spans 90 days, was completed in just 25 days, reflecting both the urgency of the situation and PL360°’s ability to mobilize experienced teams and deploy its proprietary servicing platform to ensure a clean, efficient transition for borrowers and lenders alike.
