Pedestrian suffers major injuries in Pacific Beach motorcycle crash

A 35-year-old man was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a motorcycle while crossing a busy intersection in Pacific Beach, and the motorcyclist suffered multiple abrasions.
