No charges filed against men arrested on suspicion of drugging, assaulting girls
The men were slated to appear in court Tuesday for an arraignment, but the DA's office said the case will instead remain under investigation.

Charges were not filed Tuesday against four men arrested last week on suspicion of drugging and sexually assaulting three teenage girls in San Marcos.
The men were arrested Friday after the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office said they assaulted the girls – ages 16, 17, and 17 – in the 200 block of Woodland Parkway.
The sheriff’s office did not disclose what led investigators to suspect the men, nor what relationship, if any, existed between them and the teens.
The men, who range in age from 31 to 44, were slated to appear in court on Tuesday afternoon for an arraignment, but a San Diego County District Attorney’s Office spokesperson said the case will instead remain under investigation.
The sheriff’s office asked members of the public with information about the case to call its sexual assault unit at (858) 285-6112 or (858) 868-3200 for the after-hours line. Tipsters can remain anonymous by calling San Diego Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477.
