Mother and son identified in apparent murder-suicide in San Diego

On March 23, San Diego Police responded to a 911 call in San Marcos and found a 51-year-old man and his 83-year-old mother dead from apparent gunshot wounds, with the man suspected of self-inflicting the wound and the woman being pronounced dead at the scene.
