Mosquitos near San Carlos test positive for West Nile virus: Here's what to know

The County of San Diego has detected West Nile Virus in mosquitoes collected near San Carlos, and is urging residents to follow "Prevent, Protect, Report" guidelines to reduce mosquito bites.
