Man wanted in 7-Eleven armed robbery
A $1,000 reward is being offered to anyone with information that leads to an arrest for an armed robbery at a 7-Eleven near the City Heights area earlier this year.

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- A $1,000 reward is being offered to anyone with information that leads to an arrest for an armed robbery at a 7-Eleven in the City Heights area earlier this year.
The incident occurred on March 8 around 3:22 p.m. at 4350 University Ave in the Teralta East neighborhood, San Diego County Crime Stoppers along with the San Diego Police Department said in a news release Friday.
Authorities say an unknown man entered the 7-Eleven, then punched one of the employees and brandished a knife.
The suspect, who attempted to take the cash register but was unsuccessful, did make it out of the store with an undisclosed amount of merchandise.
He is described as 25 to 30 years old and was last seen wearing black shorts, a black-hooded sweatshirt, shoes that resemble the Nike Air Max 97 (USA colorway) and with a black Jansport brand backpack.
The suspect also has unknown tattoo designs on the top of both of his hands.
