Lawsuit filed against Pacific Beach massage parlor for alleged sexual assault, negligence

A woman filed a lawsuit against Mellow Massage in Pacific Beach, alleging that a therapist at the parlor committed sexual assault, battery and negligence, and that the business failed to properly investigate the therapist despite previous reports of inappropriate behavior.
