Knife-wielding man allegedly shoplifts from Liberty Station store, slashes nearby tires

A man in his late 20s was arrested Tuesday after allegedly attempting to rob a Liberty Station store with a knife and slashing the tires of a nearby vehicle, according to the San Diego Police Department.
