Incident on Cabrillo Bridge shuts down SR-163 in both directions

The San Diego Police Department has closed both sides of SR-163 between downtown and Robinson Avenue, as well as the northbound lanes of I-5 to SR-163, due to an incident on the Cabrillo Bridge in Balboa Park.
