Girlfriend suspected in fatal San Diego stabbing

A 33-year-old man was stabbed to death Friday morning inside a San Diego apartment, leaving his girlfriend as the primary suspect in the killing. Witnesses reported hearing an argument before seeing the woman standing over the victim, who bled profusely at the scene. While the suspect sustained minor injuries, authorities took protective custody of the couple's child during the investigation.
