Former Carlsbad dance instructor arrested for alleged sexual abuse of teen students

Darnay Luckie, a former dance instructor, was arrested by the Carlsbad Police Department on suspicion of sexual abuse after three women came forward with allegations of abuse that occurred between 2011 and 2017.
