Driver detained after 'suspicious device' found near Islamic Center of San Diego

San Diego Police detained a man after officers noticed a suspicious vehicle near the Islamic Center of San Diego Thursday afternoon, which contained a suspicious canister and a Nazi flag, prompting a public safety and traffic advisory and an investigation by the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
