District attorney charges man for alleged series of San Carlos vandalism, hate crime incident

Eli S. Peralta, a 20-year-old man, was charged with hate crimes after allegedly vandalizing properties with racist language and symbols in San Carlos, with a readiness hearing scheduled for October 9.
