Growing up in San Diego, one of the most beautiful places to visit with my family was always Coronado Island (otherwise known as the Crown City). Coronado, CA, has a small-town charm unlike anywhere in San Diego, and it’s only a short ferry away from downtown San Diego. It’s an absolute must-see and offers a long list of fun activities year-round. Coronado is most known for its gorgeous beaches, historical significance, and the iconic Hotel Del Coronado.
