Public's help sought in cold case murder of 28-year-old Arthur Jordan, 51K reward

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and the California Governor's Office are offering a combined $51,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the 2018 killing of 28-year-old Arthur Jordan.
