Multiple lanes of southbound SR-163 closed after semi strikes freeway overpass

Two right lanes of State Route 163 at Clairemont Mesa Boulevard were closed after a semi-truck struck an overpass on Wednesday morning, causing structural damage and falling concrete debris.
