Man faces charges for allegedly smuggling banned, cancer-risk pesticides into US

A 43-year-old San Diego resident appeared in federal court Wednesday for allegedly smuggling 24 liters of banned Mexican pesticide Taktic through the Otay Mesa Port of Entry.
