Health alert issued for Gaylord Pacific Resort after stomach bug parasite outbreak

San Diego County Public Health Services issued a health notice for visitors who used the Gaylord Pacific Resort pools between July 24 and August 15, 2026, after four people contracted the stomach illness cryptosporidiosis.
