Evacuation warnings lifted for Border 6 Fire near Dulzura, smoke advisory still in effect

The San Diego County Sheriff's Office has lifted all evacuation orders for the Border 6 Fire, which has grown to 2,617 acres across the US and Mexico, and is 25% contained as of Wednesday evening.
